OUR STORY

“JERMAN” is not a misspell. It comes from the family names Julie (first daughter), ERmi (mother and wife), MAria (little daughter) and Nicos (father and husband).

J-ER-MA-N ’s car-business story began when “ER” and “N” brought to life “J”. They realized that it was time for them to have a family car.

Nicos started visiting one car dealer after the other. He had a solid background about cars since he was admiring cars from a very young age. He was reading car-magazines, learning about brands/models, history of cars, future car trends, engine types/specifications and everything that had to do with cars. It did not take him long to realise that some agents not only knew much less of what he knew regarding cars but he got the feeling that they only cared about getting his money and not really helping him get the best solution for his needs!

Nicos thought about looking into private ads but he soon realised that our fellow citizens are usually asking almost the same price of what they spent to buy their car (long time ago). Not to mention that by the time the deal is finished the new owner is responsible for all possible problems of the car whether new or pre-exist. One might take the risk if the price is really great but then …. “Too good to be true!” comes into someone’s mind.

Nicos’ professional background at the time was into imports/exports (worked for a shipping company as a managing director). One thing led to the other and soon he found himself surfing the net, ordering, shipping, importing, registering the perfect car for his wife. Right after this, he finds himself helping relatives and friends importing their dream car. He soon realized that people not only needed someone to assist them with the technical aspect of a car and import issues but also someone people can rely on and TRUST.

This mouth to mouth, part-time hobby soon turned to a full-time job in a home office. It did not take long to turn this to a business with more than ten employs and associates, operating in its own car-yard and offices.

Nico’s dream is to change the used-car market into a TRUST relation between car-dealer and customer. You can find him in the yard taking his time helping customers whether young or old, woman or man get the most for their budget. It is a real pleasure for get to know Nicos since he is an enjoyable person to talk with!

His vision and enthusiasm are the building blocks of his success and are widespread throughout his office no matter who you talk with.
